Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of one of our venues, balancing staff management, maximising revenue opportunities and exceeding customer expectations.

To be successful for this position
- Cafe / Restaurant / Bar / Business Management experience
- A strong focus on guest satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Adept at supporting, developing and motivating a team to exceed customer expectations
- Have experience in daily operational reporting and liaising with partners and senior management.
- A proven experience working within financial targets including managing budgets, controlling stock, and overseeing labour
- Confident in ensuring compliance with food safety and operational standards
- Capable of fostering and upholding a workplace culture aligned with our brands
- Possess the skills to lead diverse teams, with a strong emphasis on training and developing team members
- High level organisation and time management skills
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any guest concerns or issues
- The ability to think on your feet and forward plan
- Flexibility to a work a variety of shifts over a 7 day a week roster including morning, days and nights
- Reliable own transport as some shifts are not supported by public transport to and/or from the airport

- Passion for the hospitality industry, customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
- A people leader, who can create an energetic and inclusive environment while instilling a sense of fun
- Experience in recruiting, mentoring, training, and developing
- Strong communication skills
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality Management highly regarded
- Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
