We are seeking an experienced hospitality manager to take ownership of the day to day operations of the venue, including but not limited to cost control, labour management and marketing activations.
- Strong customer focus and passion for the industry.
- Ordering and managing stock and POS system.
- Rostering & leave management.
- Recruitment, training and development of staff
- Ensuring the venue maintains an excellent level of customer service.
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, council regulations, food handling and OH&S regulations etc
- Develop and grow connections to the local businesses and residential community.
About the candidate:
- At least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Current Victorian RSA.
- Leadership qualities.
- Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Ability to motivate and foster a team.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as required.
