As the Venue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our 68 guest rooms, restaurant, and exciting on-site amenities such as kayak facilities. Our lodge is not just a place to stay; it's a hub of activity, hosting events like live music, trivia nights, and mouth watering food specials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing staff rosters and ensuring adequate staffing levels
- Stepping in as needed to assist with various tasks
- Managing stock ordering and monitoring financial expenditures
- Training and mentoring new staff members
- Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health & Safety regulations
