The Company:

The Role:
The Venue Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the venue, including but not limited to, staff management, customer service excellence, and financial oversight. This individual will ensure the establishment runs smoothly and efficiently, achieving business objectives while maintaining high standards of service. The role requires a leader who can effectively communicate with and motivate the team, and implement strategies to upskill and enhance the management team's capabilities.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a bar or bistro setting.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team building and staff development.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and resilience.
