Form of workOur premium Distillery is located in one of the busiest tourism destinations in SA and our venue is licensed for 150 people providing tastings & unique experiences for our visitors. Our distillery, offering seasonal drinks that pay homage to our distillery gardens & our spirits, has a one of a kind, premium cocktail menu in the Adelaide Hills.
We’re a fast-paced venue with a focus on exceptional customer service and customer experiences. We offer full table service, food, drinks, tasting flights, gin blending masterclasses, cocktail masterclasses, weddings, private functions & unique events collaborating with venues from the CBD.
We are looking for an experienced Venue Manger who is a natural leader, is comfortable running a section, can drive a culture of exceptional customer service and is passionate about a career in food & beverage.
You will be immersed in all things gin, whisky and beyond so you can guide our customers through the many experiences we offer at our distillery.
The Venue Manager position is full time, Thursday to Monday and we are open to the public until 6pm at night, with the occasional evening function.

- To drive a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, ensuring our venue is always immaculate
- To ensure that our focus is always on the guest and their experience
- Strong financial acumen and initiate and execute growth strategies to increase top-line sales
- Manage stock, rosters, reporting and oversee day to day operations
- RSA & current drivers licence

The ideal candidate would have a minimum 2 years experience in a similar management role, strong communication skills, enjoy new challenges, be a motivated self-starter, and have the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
