Venue Manager

The company:

With multiple pet boarding sites nationwide, their primary goal is ensuring the happiness of every furry family member.

The role:

Oversee day-to-day operations for a team of up to 30. Responsibilities include team management, social media, customer service, property assessment and inventory. Weekend and holiday availability essential.

Seeking candidate with:

• Animal care experience preferred with a willingness to learn.
• Site management and leadership experience necessary.
• Strong communication and customer service skills essential.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail required.
• Time management, initiative and adaptability important.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in MS Office. Must have driver's license, vehicle access and be available 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
