An incredible opportunity has presented itself and we We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and charming Venue Manager to join our Leyla team!
About you
As part of the Leyla team, you’ll demonstrate a keen interest in delivering a high level of customer service. You will have a passion for your team’s growth, and will encourage, training and upskilling to ensure the best guest experience.
Your communication skills will be first class, and you will have a passion for hospitality and delivering an incredible product. You will have extensive knowledge in food and beverage and the delivery of events and functions as well as specific cocktail experience. Previous experience in a managerial role would be highly advantageous, and sound industry knowledge is required.
About the Role
This hands-on role oversees looks after the day to day running of a busy venue, working closely with the Food & Beverage Coordinators, ensuring all group bookings and events are executed successfully.
Reporting in to the Operation Manager, this role will manage the daily operations for Leyla, staff rosters, financial forecasting, management of reservations and function coordination. A creative drive is essential, as well as the capability to lead and energise a high performing team!
Shifts would be predominately evenings and weekends.
