As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Food and Beverage operations of Outback Hotel & Lodge.
We're seeking a Venue Manager for our Food and Beverage Operations at Outback Hotel and Lodges, overseeing multiple areas including the Bough House Restaurant, Kiosk, Outback BBQ & Bar, and our bottle shop. We strive to provide our guests with experiences that will leave a lasting impression right under the stars in the heart of the red desert! If you have a passion for managing, training and nurturing an exceptional team with outstanding conflict resolution skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of the Bough House Restaurant (open breakfast and dinner), Kiosk, Outback BBQ & Bar, and bottle shop.
- Manage a diverse team and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Encourage a laid-back atmosphere with quality service.
- Deal with a diverse clientele.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Gastro Pub environment preferred.
- Assistant Venue Managers seeking career advancement are encouraged to apply.
- Experience mentoring and training individuals, especially first nation people, is highly regarded
