We are currently looking for talented and passionate Venue Manageron aFull Time basis - If you have a love for food and hospitality, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values/ethos of Woodcutters.
- Carry out the daily operation of the restaurant effective communication of all required standards and procedures to all employees.
- Coaching and mentoring of staff.
- Rostering whilst maintaining effective wage costs and customers service standards.
- Connecting with our customers and building relationships within our community.
- Keep up to date with management reports.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
- Day to day operations and venue maintenance / appearance.
- Design and implement special events in restaurant to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar leadership role,
- Extensive food, wine & beverage knowledge
- A genuine love of the hospitality industry
- Good business acumen and proven experience with forecasting, rostering & cost control
- A confident leader who has prior experience in mentoring and guiding a team to provide a memorable experience for guests
- A hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Availability and willingness to work weekends and public holidays (opening and closing shifts).
