A unique opportunity has arisen and our Client is seeking an Venue Manager to work at this naturally charming, cornerstone of community.

They are looking for an incredible talent who can be a Venue Manager, to manage the overall hotel operations smoothly and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will have a strong focus on Customer Service Excellence, the ability to communicate proficiently, problem solving and flexibility and be able to both work hands on and manage.

Some of your duties and responsibilities will include -

• Talent training and performance, customer service, and safe alcohol practice and general maintenance
• Maintain and provide documentation for required qualifications, RMLV and Gaming Nominee and to maintain all talent qualifications to audit standard 
• Participate in planning meetings, considering market trends, legal requirements, and customer satisfaction improvements 
• Operate and manage bar, kitchen, and accommodation areas
• Meet financial KPIs, Uphold Employee and Hotel Value KPIs
• Handle talent recruitment, governance, meetings, culture, and compliance
• Address patron needs, including dispute resolution, and maintain safe cash handling practices.
• Complete daily POS reconciliation, weekly gaming reconciliations, and monthly gaming reports
• Ensure venue cleanliness, security, and talent compliance
• Manage talent rostering, event scheduling, and assist our Marketing team with content for promotion
• Participate in monthly finance meetings and handle accounts payable/receivable and payroll
• Contribute to accommodation occupancy increase in line with the company’s Mission
