Is this you?

To be a Chi Leader, we look for people who love their customers, are communicative leaders and contribute to a fun and supportive team environment. You need to be a can-do person, who tackles challenges, shows resilience and is passionate about what they do whilst, being a great communicator (both written and verbal).

• Rally the team to hit sales goals with with enthusiasm and expertise.
• Keep a close watch on COGS, making sure they're in tune with the budget.
• Manage labour costs to stay within budget bounds.
• Drive sales performance to soar above budget expectations.
• Ace audits, inside and out, with ease.
• Ensure team training is spot-on and up-to-date.
• Embody the Yo-Chi vibe and ensure the team follows suit.
