Role Overview:
As the Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless operation of Lanai River Restaurant.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Leading and inspiring our passionate team to deliver exceptional service.
· Overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
· Cultivating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
· Implementing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
· Collaborating with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and seasonal specials.
· Driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and upselling opportunities.
· Managing budgetary targets and maximizing profitability without compromising on quality.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the hospitality industry with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
· Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage trends, inventory management, and cost control.
· Proven track record of driving sales and achieving financial targets.
· Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Food Safety Certification and/or other relevant qualifications are preferred.
