We are looking to hire a customer oriented front of house supervisor who is confident, engaging, has high energy and is reliable to help ensure that all operations run smoothly.
The responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the day to day operations of Funtopia.
Help build a strong team and shape staff behaviours to accomplish desired results.
Detailed understanding of cash handling and Point of sale operations.
Ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure.
Exceptional communication skills.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
Availibilty to work weekends.
Candidtate must be focused, driven and hardworking.
Having the ability to leave a lasting impression via amazing and bubbly customer service is absolute key to being succseful for this role.
You will contribute collaboratively with your manager in growing and implementing high standards and processes for the business.
