Eureka Hospitality Group is a dynamic operator of venues in both metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. We operate in a wide variety of settings including health, education and corporate settings.
We currently have a Venue Supervisor role available and are seeking experienced individual to step into the role at our established location (in Warun Ponds), assisting with the day-to-day operations and catering and event services.
This autonomous role offers a Monday to Friday roster, support from senior Management, security and the opportunity to grow into greater roles as we continue to grow.
The successful applicant will be bursting with personality and passion for the industry, takes pride in what they do, has the desire to be part of the growth of the Company and enjoys working with a team of like-minded individuals.
Duties for this role will include:
- Managing day-to-day service.
- Supervise, mentor, train staff in kitchen operations, food preparation and safe food handling techniques in accordance with health and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to use coffee machine & make barista coffees.
- Daily stock ordering and reconciliation of deliveries.
- Populating weekly rosters for your venue.
- Meeting weekly cost of goods & labour budget.
The successful applicant will have:
- Valid food safety supervisor certificate (or willing to obtain one)
- First Aid Level 2 Certificate (or willing to obtain one)
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage time efficiently
- High level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Exposure to catering will also be keenly looked upon
This role includes full training of internal Eureka Hospitality systems and has an immediate start.
