Job Description
Your day to day will include but won't be limited to:

• Manage the versioning process for promos, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with teams for error resolution and timely project completion.
• Oversee the streamlined workflow for base production, optimising raw footage conversion.
• Manage archiving, rendering, and cleanup processes for efficient promo creation.
• Conduct thorough quality control on final promos before sending to the Network Programming Center.
• Ensure prompt delivery of MPEG files to clients, addressing technical issues as needed.
• Efficiently use Media Asset Management and Production Asset Management systems for cataloguing.
• Ensure adherence to protocols for seamless asset retrieval and usage.
• Perform end-of-night checks to ensure readiness for the next day's production.
• Address outstanding issues promptly for a smooth workflow.

Qualifications
What we would like to see on your resume:

• Proven experience in a similar role with the ability to promptly fix errors in promos
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing accurate and consistent versioning of promotional content.
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks
• Experience with editing software, AVID editing is highly desirable
• Demonstrated experience in utilising Media Asset Management and Production Asset Management systems
