Your day to day will include but won't be limited to:
Manage the versioning process for promos, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with teams for error resolution and timely project completion.
Oversee the streamlined workflow for base production, optimising raw footage conversion.
Manage archiving, rendering, and cleanup processes for efficient promo creation.
Conduct thorough quality control on final promos before sending to the Network Programming Center.
Ensure prompt delivery of MPEG files to clients, addressing technical issues as needed.
Efficiently use Media Asset Management and Production Asset Management systems for cataloguing.
Ensure adherence to protocols for seamless asset retrieval and usage.
Perform end-of-night checks to ensure readiness for the next day's production.
Address outstanding issues promptly for a smooth workflow.
Qualifications
What we would like to see on your resume:
Proven experience in a similar role with the ability to promptly fix errors in promos
Demonstrated experience in overseeing accurate and consistent versioning of promotional content.
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks
