Business College at IH (ihBC), is a division of International House Sydney, one of Australia's most highly regarded VET, English language and Teacher Training Centres. ihBC delivers VET courses in Business, Project Management, Leadership & Management, Social Media and Digital Marketing, Marketing & Communications and Information Technology across 5 States and Territories.
We are currently seeking outstanding contractor casual trainers to join our dedicated team for face-to-face classes at our Melbourne campus for the following qualifications:
Project and Program Management
- BSB40920 Certificate IV Project Management Practice
- BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management Practice
- BSB60720 Advanced Diploma of Program Management
Note: It is advantageous if hold one or more of the qualifications listed above but not essential as long as you can show significant industry experience and professional development to be able to map to the units delivered.

- A Trainer who can engage and motivate students by delivering exciting classes and have the ability to deliver training across different study modes

- Someone who is ready to go above and beyond for the business people of tomorrow
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to show initiative and work independently
- Solid understanding of the BSB training packages and VET industry
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate the following:
- Current Industry and VET experience. You must have practical industry experience in the relevant field and be able to develop learning and assessment tools;
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Qualifications relevant to the scope of teaching or Diploma or higher level qualification in adult education
- Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) activities in the relevant area
- Practicing Trainers and Assessors must also provide evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) activities for the VET industry in training and assessment
