Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership to enable operational and commercial excellence, driving regional strategy for growth and process excellence.
- Collaborate with Executives to recommend sales strategies and financial policies to increase revenue.
- Lead strategic business growth through cross-functional teams, focusing on the Total Solutions offering.
- Optimise departmental competence through talent identification and development aligned with our regional strategy.
- Continue to develop and enhance the Sales and Marketing function within Mack Trucks.
- Coordinate total brand contribution and present monthly financial reports.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities, implementing pricing policies and overseeing sales administration.
- Maintain trade press relationships, develop, submit, and follow up on forecasts, business plans, and budgets and achieve annual sales targets.
- Coordinate new model introductions with the Product Planning Manager.
- Participate in meetings, boards, and committees as requested, including as an active member of the ELT.
- Represent VGA with external stakeholders as needed.
