Additionally, you will administer the implementation of their new field management systems and some other process and operational improvements.
This role will report directly to the Service Finance Head.
- Key tasks
- Manage and schedule the contracted services and inspection appointments.
- Maintain the service customer reports, correspondence, schedules, databases, etc.
- Implement and manage the online service management system.
- Assist in preparing proposal / tenders for all after sales projects.
- Allocate job numbers and GL codes in the financial reporting system.
- Manage purchase orders as requested by the service department to the nominated suppliers.
- Receipt all PO and deliveries into the financial reporting system and advise any anomalies.
- Process time sheets for payroll and financial reporting.
- Arrange new accounts and liaise with customers regarding account inquiries.
- Process service jobs for invoicing, review job costs and confirm charges, ensure all job-related costs are allocated prior to invoicing, obtain customer purchase order numbers prior to any scope of works commencement for call outs, break downs, warranty work and routine services.
