Your opportunity
Within our vertically integrated operating model, sits our BrandSpace team – a unique out of home brand channel – which allows brands to connect with highly engaged audiences. We offer both physical and digital solutions including promotional & pop up, media advertising, digital & online, programmatic advertising and sponsorship & campaign services. Our BrandSpace team ensures group revenue targets are achieved through a consultative client management approach, delivering on our BrandSpace ambition to grow sustainable, valuable partners who spend more, more often, for longer.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager the Group Manager will be required to;
- Lead a team of highly engaged and driven sales professionals. You will maintain and constantly seek to create a culture of high performance and success across the team by leading naturally from the front with your energy, tenacity, and ambition.
- You will support the National Sales Manager with negotiation and management of national holding group annual agreements including the negotiation of annual volume commitments and annual client lay downs
- You will lead the creation and execution of a sales strategy to achieve your state revenue targets underpinned by a proactive client engagement strategy
- You are a strategic thought leader, that generates high value opportunities to create commercial advantage for the group and broader business
- You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to create and generate new revenue opportunities across the BrandSpace ecosystem
- You live and breathe the Scentre Group DNA, act as a mentor and coach internally across BrandSpace and externally across agencies & industry bodies
What will set you apart from the rest?
- Sales experience in Direct & Independent Agency Environment > 8 Years
- Sales management and team leadership experience >5yrs
- Advanced territory management skills
- Advanced in the application of sales tactics
- Marketing/Sales/Retail qualifications
