Position Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee the general business operations of OziVillage and Homestay, ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery. This role involves managing daily operations, leading a team, enhancing customer experience, and implementing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve overall productivity.

· Operational Management:
- Supervise daily operations at OziVillage and Homestay.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
· Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage staff to foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve staff skills and service quality.
- Handle staff scheduling, task allocation, and performance evaluations.
· Customer Experience:
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly.
- Develop initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and engagement.
· Automation and Workflow Improvement:
- Identify areas for automation within business operations.
- Implement and manage automation tools and software to streamline processes.
- Train staff on the use of new automation systems.

Qualifications:
