About You
As a Videographer at ROR Studios, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and impactful content for our diverse range of in-house businesses and industry clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the technical expertise to bring creative visions to life.
Duties will include (but not be limited to)
- Collaborate with clients and the creative team to conceptualise and plan video projects
- Capture high-quality video footage using professional-grade equipment
- Edit and produce final video content, ensuring it aligns with the client's vision and goals
- Provide creative feedback during the production and post-production process
- Apply strong knowledge of leading industry workflows, methods of film capture, lighting, and other artistic competencies
- Capture high-quality photographs as needed, ensuring consistency with the overall project vision
- Edit and retouch photos to meet the highest standards of quality and creativity
- Operate drone equipment for aerial footage and photography (This is a plus)
- Manage and maintain video and photography equipment, ensuring it is in top working condition
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continually improve and innovate
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years of professional videography and photography experience
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro,
- Knowledge of video ingestion workflows, including metadata extraction, proxy creation, and secure storage management
- Strong knowledge of leading industry workflows, methods of film capture, lighting, and other artistic competencies
- Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide creative feedback and contribute to the overall creative process
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video and photography projects
- Valid Australian driver's licence
