Job description
Missions:
Project Implementation: Accountable for the design, implementation, and support of Process & WMS solutions and change requests
Support daily operations with support requests around WMS/systems and process challenges
Change Management – Lead meetings and manage expectations by communicating regularly with internal and external stakeholders
Reports Development – Gather requirements & develop automated reports from WMS & WCS database
Be Super-user and train operation team members on Manhattan and other WMS capabilities to enhance system support skills for the team
Work on having efficient BCP for system outage scenarios and work with operations team to ensure they are trained to execute them in crisis.
Profil
A Master degree un Engineering or Transport Systems. Data crunching experience, SQL, Tableau or Power BI. A first experience in the transport/logistics or transport is a plus. A WMS tool such as Manhattant is a plus.
