This exciting and dynamic role supports the growth and marketing of the innovative and sustainably lead Crystalbrook Vincent and Crystalbrook Byron.
Reporting to theArea Director of Marketing and Area General Manager, our new Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for managing and facilitating the implementation of the marketing and communications strategy for Crystalbrook Vincent and Crystalbrook Byron. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the Marketing and Communications for both hotels, provide strong support to the Area Director of Marketing whilst work together with the other key team members in the hotel's operating departments. This is a broad marketing role encompassing brand, communications, public relations, digital and social media, advertising, sponsorship and CRM management.
Your Talents:
We welcome interest from individuals with a relevant tertiary qualification coupled with pre-established marketing experience. You will display a commercial understanding of marketing principles, including all things digital and social whilst being naturally proactive with a dynamic approach to marketing performance. With a head full of ideas and a forward-thinking perspective around brand awareness and modern communication drivers, you will be an energetic, team-centric professional who operates with positive optimism. Previous experience in Hotel Marketing would be desirable although not essential to your success.
