We are now seeking applications for our 2024 Vintage team.
Employment would commence early February 2024 and continue into late April. Peak work patterns consist of up to 12 hours per day, six to seven days per week.
What you’ll be doing
- Working closely with the Winemaker to meet the quality and production goals of the winery
- Hands-on involvement in the entire winemaking process from grape receival to bottle ready wine management
What you’ll bring
- Thorough knowledge of the complete winemaking process
- Solid understanding of wine chemical analysis, finning trials, quality control standards and sensory assessment of wines
- Ideally previous Vintage Winemaking experience
- Strong ability to multitask and capability of adapting to changing priorities and workload
- A ‘winning together’ mindset through understanding the perspectives of others and maintaining strong bonds
