ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative & organised person to join our Peter Alexander team in our Support Office! This is an exciting new position within the VM team. This New Store Opening Coordinator role will report directly to the VM Brand Manager and assist in creating the Magical in store experience of the Peter Alexander stores.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sourcing props and coordinate local/ international shipping
• Organising logistics of props/deliveries to New Store Openings
• Design creative displays for New Stores
• Organise printing and packing of New Store opening packs
• Work with internal stakeholders on opening floor plans and department capacity
• Manage Bulk prop orders and storage
• Plan critical pathways for New Store Openings
• Support the Brand Manager in strategic opening plans
• Work closely with internal graphics team to create and deliver New Store opening Graphics packs
• Create mood boards and soft/hard furnishing selections
• Work closely with internal /external stakeholders to assist in opening stores local and international

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in a retail environment
• Have a solid understanding of the Peter Alexander Brand essence and Visual Merchandising hand writing
• Demonstrated experience working with a Mac and be proficient across Excel, In Design and Photoshop
• Ability to work individually and in a small dynamic team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong time management skills
• Great attention to detail and highly organised
• Be creative and thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment
• Strong people management skills
