Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing field-based mentorship and technical training.
- Reviewing existing training material and developing new material to align with changes in the Electrical Supply Industry using a range of theory and practical delivery methods.
- Working with the Evoenergy Operational Learning Services team to explore innovative training solutions to embed learning and increase engagement.
- Overseeing the Evoenergy Apprentice training program.
- Engaging with the Electrical Supply Industry to standardise the requirements for technical training.
What do you need to be successful?
- A desire to build your own and other skills in the safe work practices of the Electrical Distribution Industry
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and ESI industry training framework.
- Formal qualifications in ESI – Power Systems Distribution Overhead, Power Systems Cable Jointing and/or Electrotechnology, or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years’ Post Trade experience in the Electrical Distribution or Transmission Sector
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or the ability to obtain one.
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum design, training methodologies, and the preparation of documentation to support learning activities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
