Reviewing existing training material and developing new material to align with changes in the Electrical Supply Industry using a range of theory and practical delivery methods. Working with the Evoenergy Operational Learning Services team to explore innovative training solutions to embed learning and increase engagement. Overseeing the Evoenergy Apprentice training program. Engaging with the Electrical Supply Industry to standardise the requirements for technical training. What do you need to be successful? A desire to build your own and other skills in the safe work practices of the Electrical Distribution Industry Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and ESI industry training framework. Formal qualifications in ESI – Power Systems Distribution Overhead, Power Systems Cable Jointing and/or Electrotechnology, or equivalentMinimum 4 years’ Post Trade experience in the Electrical Distribution or Transmission SectorCertificate IV in Training and Assessment or the ability to obtain one.Demonstrated experience in curriculum design, training methodologies, and the preparation of documentation to support learning activities.
