Form of workMastery Institute Australia, an esteemed Registered Training Organisation (RTO ID: 40813), is dedicated to providing a diverse array of vocational courses to international students, paving the way for a myriad of educational opportunities. Our institute is strategically situated at the vibrant epicenters of Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
In response to escalating demand for our courses, we are actively seeking qualified Vocational Trainers and Assessors to join our dynamic team. The positions are available for the following courses:
- Kitchen Management (Certificate IV level) – Brisbane and Gold Coast campuses
All vocational trainers/assessors are expected to meet the following essential selection criteria:
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; OR
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (inclusive of TAEASS502 or TAELLN411); OR
- A qualification in adult education at a Diploma level or higher
- Relevant vocational qualifications within the respective subject areas
- Demonstration of industry expertise and currency in Vocational Education and Training (VET), as well as a commitment to ongoing professional development
- A minimum of two years' experience in adult training and assessment (preferred)
- Proficiency in oral and written communication, adept presentation skills, and competence in computing.
Desirable criteria include:
- Familiarity with adult learning within an international student context
- Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing work in a team environment while adhering to specified deadlines
- A comprehensive understanding of the Standards for RTO 2015 and National Code 2018
- Proficiency in compliance requirements related to trainer qualification mapping, assessment validation, moderation, and other related areas
- Efficiency in handling academic administrative tasks
