THE ROLE
- Preside over VoC programs in Qualtrics
- Modify the structure of existing surveys to meet developing trade requirements
- Create new surveys and/or dashboard pages
- Combine Qualtrics with relevant systems such as Salesforce
- Integrate the VoC data with relevant systems such as PowerBI
- Meet with global key stakeholders and manage their expectations
- Be the central knowledge focal point for customer insights
- Amalgamate CX metrics with business KPI where possible
- Collate customer experience insights to one location and devise techniques to assist decision-makers.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Proficient in using Qualtrics or similar systems to manage a VoC program
- Skilled in survey design, data analysis and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Familiar with change management
- Skilled in building PowerBI reports
