Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable/payable transactions accurately and timely.
- Generate invoices and process payments promptly.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues courteously and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable/payable and Customer Service roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
