If you’ve got initiative, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills, this could be the role for you!

Reporting to the Volunteer Program Advisor, this position will provide essential administrative support to our Volunteer Program and is integral in ensuring the seamless operation of volunteer-related tasks, maintaining accurate records, coordinating volunteer activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive volunteer environment.

As our Volunteer Program Officer, you will:

  • Assist in planning and executing volunteer events.
  • Identify opportunities for volunteers to contribute to program and service delivery.

About You

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as part of a small team
  • Experience in the customer service sector, or experience in the volunteer space or non-profit sector will be highly regarded

 Benefits

  • Salary packaging options - up to $15,900 tax free per year
  • A rewarding career that makes a real difference
  • Great location, beautiful campus
  • Wellness initiatives and an Employee Assistance Program for staff and their families
