Are you a hardworking and motivated individual? Norwest Private Hospital is seeking professional and dedicated Wardsman/Orderlies to join their preoperative team on a full-time basis. You will play a pivotal role in providing a high level of care to our patients while supporting the clinical functions of the hospital.

Norwest Private Hospital is located in the rapidly developing North West corridor of Sydney and is operated by Healthscope, a leading provider of private healthcare in Australia. The hospital has 277 beds and is a high acuity facility with an Emergency Department located in Sydney's Bella Vista.
As an Orderly your responsibilities will include:
- Safe transfer of patients around the hospital and operating theatre
- Provide safe effective patient handling and positioning.
- Maintaining a safe patient environment while supporting the clinical functions of the hospital
- Providing support to the nursing staff
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience as an Orderly/Porter is essential
- Cultivating a hospitable and friendly environment for all patients and staff
- Work autonomously with a strong decision making
- Excellent attention to detail displaying strong aspects of organisational skills
- Commitment to the high service delivery with a strong emphasis on WHS compliance
- Understanding of manual handling procedures
- Flexibility and adaptability
