Our client is a national food distributor based in Smithfield.
They are looking for a Warehouse Administrator – that is reliable, and motivated - to assist in the morning operations of their facility.
This role will encompass providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers. You will be attending to any queries in a professional and timely manner to support the daily business functions.
Shift time - Monday to Friday - 6am - 2pm or 11am - 7pm
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Releasing orders for pickers
- Invoicing orders
- Filing
- Printing Orders
- Liasing with other sites
- Checking off POD's
- Managing stock levels
- Performing adhoc administration duties to support business requirements.
- Administration and reception duties, updating and managing workflow tasks
- Completing daily housekeeping of the office environment
Desired Experience:-
- Own car and current drivers licence (Must)
- Intermediate computer skills/data entry incl. Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Experience using ERP software (Pronto, Manhattan, WMS, TMS)
- Well presented with a pleasant phone manner
- Experience working in blue collar, trade, environments
