Warehouse Admin

Uniline Australia is an industry leader in the marketing and distribution of systems to the blind and awning manufacturing industry, both in Australia and overseas. 

This full-time position located at our Yatala premises requires a reliable, hardworking person who is a proven self-starter looking for a challenge. 

Ideally, we are looking for someone from a warehousing background with the required experience to hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist Warehouse Supervisor with Co-ordinating work priorities within transport and DIFOT timeframes for internal and external customer orders 
• Ensure all stock is invoiced to the customer accurately
• Assisting in bi-annual stocktakes and cycle counts
• Communicate and liaise with transport companies for timely pickups for customer orders and outgoing goods
• Assist with Receiving and processing of goods inwards and outwards from internal and external suppliers, reporting of stock discrepancies and any damage stock 
• Assist with Accurate picking and packing orders when required
• Maintaining and improving warehouse standards
• Must be willing to work across all aspects of our operation when required 
• Adhere to and follow all safety rules within the business by working safely, identify and report issues
• Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Warehouse experience
• Great communication skills on all levels, written and verbal
• Pro-active team player as well as efficient when working autonomously; able to react with level of urgency with situational change
• Experience with scanning and warehouse management systems
• Experience with transport management system
• High attention to detail

Preferred:

• Certificate in warehousing and logistics, or similar 
• Current forklift licence
