Visual Focus Toowoomba is a respected specialist in audio-visual integration working at the forefront of new technologies. We deliver high quality client services and audio-visual solutions for business, education and residences across the Darling Downs and western Queensland.
We are seeking a self-motivated, positive and energetic person, with a strong interest for audio-visual technology. This is a full-time entry-level position based in Toowoomba, providing “ground up” experience in the audio-visual industry.
Duties will include:
- Coordinate warehouse equipment and stock assisting with office administration, stock control and general office/warehouse duties
- Receive, record and despatch AV equipment in and out of the warehouse.
- Prepare daily equipment requirements for jobs and coordinate post-job equipment and stock returns.
- Provide support for job scheduling and equipment coordination for the technical and hire operations teams
- Use office computer packages and job management platforms, capture information, input data and update pricing, job details and equipment lists
- Assist to maintain the on-line store and website information, monitor sales and organise parcels for dispatch
- Operate office equipment and showroom audio-visual systems including projectors, interactive panels and home theatre systems.

- Knowledge of office computer software and websites desirable.
- Manual driver's license or ability to achieve one is preferred.
You will have a distinct advantage if you have a passion for technology and audio-visual equipment.
