About the Role:
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Administration Assistant to join our fun, friendly and collaborative team in Molendinar. This role offers a perfect blend of hands-on administrative duties and warehouse support, providing you with a dynamic and rewarding work environment!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, invoices and maintaining filing systems
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team
- Develop, manage and maintain office documents, including reports and registers
- Organise office and warehouse equipment services
- Monitor fire equipment, general hazards, and maintain first aid supplies
- Assist with general office upkeep and any ad hoc tasks requested by management
About You:
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in an administrative role preferably within a warehouse and logistics environment
- Current drivers’ licence with own, reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office programs
