NQ Pool Warehouse is a family owned and operated business that operates from a home based office. We install Fibreglass swimming pools, pool fencing, paving and concreting. We are seeking an Administration Assistant three days per week, to assist our sales consultant and Manager with the sales of swimming pools and general administration duties. All training will be provided, although Customer Service experience will be highly regarded. Potential to go full time in the future, for the right applicant. Qualifications & experience
- Must have Customer Service experience.
- Confident in connecting with clients in a professional manner
- Must have general computer skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload with attention to detail
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Assisting sales consultant and manager where required.
- General administration and Sales.
