The Company
Based in Castle Hill, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator / Logistics Coordinator to support the dispatch of equipment and goods at a market leading manufacturing and industrial maintenance organisation.
What does the role entail?
Reporting into the Lab Team Leader you will be required to assist with the dispatch of equipment and goods in a safe and secure manner.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Book incoming manufacturing / maintenance jobs
- Confirm customer and order details
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices
- Package and dispatch goods
- Allocate incoming goods to relevant departments
- Open and check boxes
- Order consumables for dispatch
What do we need from you?
The successful candidate will require the following:
- Proven experience working in a logistics / warehouse admin position in a fast paced environment
- Forklift license is desirable
- A self-starter and strong organisational skills
- The ability to problem solve and create solutions
- Enthusiasm and a professional "can-do" attitude
