Form of workChandler Macleod are looking for a Warehouse Administrator/customer service officer, who is happy to assist on the warehouse floor where required. Our client's Customer Service teams are dedicated to understanding each customer's needs and then doing absolutely whatever it takes to help them. You will be successful in this role if you are experienced with customer contact, and are comfortable working in a fast-moving, technologically advanced environment.
Your duties will include;Provide excellent customer service to external and internal stakeholders
Sorting out deliveries to the warehouse
Assisting customers with queries on their freight
General administration support
Any ad-hoc duties, as required by team leader or manager
Key Requirements;Previous experience as an administrator
Effective working relationships and high standards for customer service
Previous track record of working in a large organisation
Excellent communication skills for liaison with key internal and external contacts
Strong time management and organisation skills
High level of professionalism with a positive and approachable outlook
