This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing and dynamic team in VIC as a Warehouse Administrator on a full-time basis.

The role’s duties include but are not limited to:

• Accurately receiving and dispatching of goods (loading & unloading trucks).
• General warehouse maintenance and coordination.
• Delivery and pickup of goods.
• General hand duties, assembling goods to be ready for delivery & testing.
• Organising couriers and paperwork.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager in the planning, organizing and controlling of the warehouse operations.
• Ensure general housekeeping is up to company standards.
• Communicate in a professional manner with all employees, customers, contractors and transport organisations.

To be considered you’ll need the following attributes: 

• Able to demonstrate a strong desire and ability to work safely.
• A good level of physical fitness 
• Reliable, punctual, enthusiastic and practically minded
• Basic computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High levels of attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• An overall practical work ethic and a desire to achieve the best results possible for both the customer and the company

The successful applicant will: 

• Have experience in warehousing and distribution (Preferably in Audio Visual products)
• A current driver’s license, good driving record (essential) and comfortable in driving small standard license delivery trucks and vans.
•  Forklift license & experience with handling high value freight (Preferable)
• Ability to be organized and respond quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
