due to growth, opportunities have now become available for a WarehouseAdministrator to join their growing team based in their Wetherill Park Location Warehouse.
shifts will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with requirements to stay back as needed so flexibility will be required.
Pay will be $33+ per hour
ABOUT THE POSITION
In this Hands on Role you will be Responsible for Data entry.
To complete assigned administrative tasks daily by providing assistance to the DC operation, including but not limited to system transactions, custom invoicing and manifesting, and pallet control transactions.
Key Duties
- Completion of daily invoicing and manifesting of loads.
- Entry of received and dispatched pallets via Pallet watch system.
- Relevant paperwork filing and scanning.
- Receipt of product into WMS.
- Processing of returns and claims in timely manner.
- Entry and maintenance of any spreadsheets and/or data files as required by site operations.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Excel
- Data Entry duties
- Experience with WMS Systems
- Experience within a Similar industry Warehousing and Manufacturing
- Experience with Purchase orders & Receipting RMA'S
- Strong communication and customer service Skills
- High attention to detail
- Working in a team environment and good interpersonal skills
- Have own reliable transportation
- Be available to work Monday - Friday (with overtime where required)
- Be available to commence ASAP
