AddressKey Responsibilities
- Efficiently allocate orders from the system
- Download order information into Excel and upload it into system portals with precision.
- Print shipping labels and ensure accurate order dispatch.
- Manage warehouse management system (WMS) operations effectively.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to warehouse operations.
- Utilize intermediate MS Office skills to perform daily tasks.
- Liaising with internal & external customers
Requirements
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment.
- Proficient in pick/pack operations with a strong administrative focus.
- Proven customer service experience, dealing with internal & external customers
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Ability to work as an all-rounder within Warehouse Administrator, Monday to Friday, day shift
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Above all must have a positive & motivated attitude
- Temporary with a view to permanency
