Position Overview:
As the organization is currently going through an extremely busy period, they need a Procurement Administrator to ensure the smooth functioning of their procurement processes. You will be assisting with their forthcoming tenders which are ranging in scale and include significant multi-million-dollar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, pricing and follow ups.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms and pricing.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and track procurement expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Resolve any procurement-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience

- You will be working in their offices in the CBD, with flexibility or hybrid working.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and procurement software/systems.
