As a Warehouse & Logistics Officer working in our ACT branch, you will own the logistics function and be accountable for:
- Receive incoming stock, checking against purchase orders, and booking into our ERP system
- Pick stock for orders and packaging outgoing deliveries
- Delivery co-ordination
- Forward planning of stock movements and storage locations
- Proactive monitoring of consumable stock levels
- Perform inventory stock audit
- Process of returned stock
- Assist sales, projects and service teams with logistics queries
- Deliver and collect equipment, stock and consumables to and from customer sites
- Support office admin in the collection/delivery of office supplies
- Support technical team onsite with installation when required.
As the ideal candidate, you are a Warehouse and Logistics all-rounder. You will work closely with all teams across our company to delivery excellence to our customers. You will approach your work and your colleagues with a positive attitude, and you never hesitate to take the initiative to get the job done. You will bring to the role and to the business previous experience in logistics and working in a warehouse environment. You have a systematic approach to your work, have excellent attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication. Experience with an ERP system will be advantageous but not essential.
