About the role
Must be available to work Saturdays 7am - 3pm
A typical day in the Warehouse will include:
- Accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders according to company standards
- Utilising warehouse equipment such as walkie stackers, pallet jacks and forklifts safely and effectively
- Meeting daily productivity, accuracy, and quality KPIs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Participating in stocktake, stock counts and replenishment activities
- Receiving incoming stock, unpacking, receipting, labelling and putting away in designated locations
- Dispatching of customer orders
- General warehouse administration tasks
- Supporting other areas of the business during peak periods or to cover absence as needed
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Additional to the above duties, you will be also delivering an exceptional customer service experience to our customers through face-to-face customer interaction.
About You

To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Be friendly, reliable, and trustworthy
- Able to lift heavy boxes (up to 30kg)
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- A willingness to learn
- Able to meet the physical demands of the role - you will be comfortable working on feet for long periods of time
- Previous pick / pack experience is highly regarded
- In lieu of pick / pack experience, hospitality experience is also considered
- Must be available to work Saturdays 7am - 3pm
