Based in Reservoir, we are a family-owned business who are metal work specialists. We design, construct and install all types of fabrication including light structural, repair and maintenance works, processed pipe and general fabrication. We also specialise in stainless steel and mild steel fabrication and hold machining capabilities.

We Require a Production Manager Who Has:
- 5+ years experience as a Production Manager in the metal fabrication industry
- Proven track record of managing all production and operational aspects of a team of 10+ employees
- Previous experience with stainless processed pipe, high pressure steam pipe, all aspects of aluminium, stainless and mild steel, would be an advantage
- Knowledge of CAD or similar drawing packages
- Knowledge of Tradify job management / scheduling program or similar
- Great organisational skills and the ability to work methodically and accurately to improve production efficiencies, implement, monitor and measure production KPI’s
- The ability to assist with quoting, job costing and liaison with customers and suppliers
- Has excellent communication skills and is a courteous and considerate team player
- Is an enthusiastic and motivated person who wants career opportunities
- Has a full Australian driver’s licence
- Due to the nature of our work, alcohol and drug testing may be required
- Enjoys working in a small team environment
- Has a sense of humour – Not Negotiable!
