Job Responsibilities
- Order Fulfilment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
- Receiving and Shipping: Unload and organise incoming shipments; prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate with shipping carriers.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure that all outgoing orders meet our quality standards.
- Warehouse Organisation: Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe; ensure that materials and products are stored properly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely order processing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift relatively heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management, queuing up printers and order processing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
