Whilst we are a national company, we have a close-knit warehouse and service team that supports our customers and the wider business. We are now looking for a Warehouse Assistant and Customer Service Officer to support our Tools and Equipment Team.

About You

Working in retail, you likely have experience interacting with customers. Where you are looking to take your career is in warehousing, but still want your next role to contain an element of customer service as well.
You are someone that demonstrates a high level of initiative. Whenever there is a quiet period, you always find something to do whether it's performing stocktakes, tidying up the store or asking questions to improve your product knowledge.
Team work is something you value highly. This could be assisting when a colleague is unsure about a customer inquiry or showing them were an item of stock belongs. This is because you are always willing to take the time to help out your team!
About the Role

Based at our warehouse in Hindmarsh, you will be a key person within our Tools and Equipment Division and add significant value by:

Assisting with pick-packing Tools and Equipment and moving goods around the warehouse.
Cutting samples of stone to provide to designers, architects and other interested customers.
Providing assistance to customers about Tools and Equipment enquiries by asking the right questions and providing a tailored solution.
Communicating with sales team around stock availability, order estimation times, and general updates.
Assisting with the movement of stone slabs for customer viewing. While instilling a sense of excitement towards the stone product.
Maintaining and adhering to company OHS policies and procedures.
