CUSTOMER SERVICE driven individual to join our Customer Service team in Beverley South Australia.
The Opportunity:The successful applicant MUST have extensive knowledge in Customer Service and previous experience in the veterinary industry would be an advantage. You will be required to work as part of a team and be enthusiastic, demonstrate great communication skills and have an excellent phone manner. Previous Customer Service experience is essential and only Customer service focused applicants need apply.As a member of the Customer Service team you will be responsible for data entry, speaking directly with customers on the phone, checking email, web & fax throughout the day and communicating effectively with other staff members and be able to follow directives.On the job training is provided and you will be supported throughout your development.This position is full time and requires no weekend/public holiday attendance.
